Tire Cover ?

Being bored I unzipped my spare cover to check the tire pressure and could not believe the amount of crud that had accumulated on the wheel inside the cover, was wondering if the hard plastic cover is any better in keeping out dirt, or is also open on the back where it mounts to the holder and allows dirt enry.

yea, u need to check that often, it will destroy the rim if all that crap is left in there. I had to wax my rim(chrome) and it still looks alittle crappy.
