Rocky Road Tire Spacer

Does anyone have any experiance with this product?

I'm intrested in how much it raises the tire up and out, and could I possibly hang my OEM stock 16 on it without a problem? Or is it only for larger tires.

That could be just the thing to free up some space under the spare for towing, too....

Considering that it is designed to allow larger tires to fit without issues, your stock tire would be fine - it would just have more clearance for the glass. Only question I have is: if you have a stock tire why would you consider this? Are yiou preparing to get large tires soon and just want to be ready?

Basically, but after examining the mount carefully, because I was also considering cutting the wheels off a rolling jack and somehow mounting in the tire hanger cavity, which I don't think it will work, someone suggested washers, might try that before spending the money for the spacer.

Have got 255/70R16 and it fit. but for bigger tire, you have to use or consider a bracket like that.
