Rocker panel help!

As you can see these rocker panels are absolute shit lol, Came with the jeep when i found her on the marketplace 3 years ago (I’m obviously lazy and should’ve changed them out sooner.)
With the harsh WNY winter coming up I’m trying to get my dear Loretta in top shape if i can.
Any good way to go about DIYing it?? Any and all recommendations are appreciated. Thanks guys!

Do you own a welder and a grinder? You could slice out the old rockers and replace them with square or rectangular tubing, something like 3/16 steel wall. I’ve seen XJ’s like that and it works. Also it reinforces the structure that was lost when your rockers returned to the earth.
