resonator, air cleaner studs grommet

Hi,

I was wondering whether someone could take a picture of the studs holding the air cleaner resonator before the throttle body?

It's the box before the throttle body. There should be two torq screws at the bottom left and right sides.

There's a rubber sleeve as well.

I was hoping the replacement I ordered would come with the rubber sleeve but it does not. Mine is messed up and my google-fu couldn't find a reference picture.

if someone could take a picture and tell me what's the order of the studs. What I mean by that is, is it torq screw, washer, rubber sleave, washer??

I'll hopefully find a rubber sleeve from ACE to replace mine that is messed up.

Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

This is a googled picture of what I mean.
The two red arrows point to where the studs are screwed into holding the air box.
There's a rubber bushing which I want to replace as mine are all jacked up.

I ordered replacement, 53013378AA but it did not come with the rubber bushings.

Anyone know where I can get a replacement.

Ace hardware didn't work out too well.
Thanks.

Ya I figured you had the Throttle body cover....I dont have an 03 FSM for parts diagram.
Possibly a dealer can give you the required part # or check out a junk yard?
My 2004 has the open "exposed" intake.

Thanks LiberyTC.
Hopefully someone else with the airbox can post something about those rubber bushings to those studs.

I'll email avondalemopar and see what they say but I got part number 53013378AA from the part fiche pdf but the replacements I ordered only came with the metal stud and didn't have the rubber bushing.

Pull a part yards in Tucson lack any jeep libertys.

btw, i still can't believe how clean your engine bay is.

I do not see a washer just the torx and the rubber sleeve. (Ignore the thick washer that is another story)

Thanks muchos Sephiroth!

Did you by any chance replace that before or is that still your stock piece?

Thought I'd post pictures of the new grommet. significantly different than the one that came with the jeep originally but still works.

New vs. old

The stud without the grommet. It's a T30

Install the grommet first before pushing the stud in. I used a bit of dielectric grease on the head of the stud so it's easier to push in and also allows for it to turn in the grommet easier while screwing it in.

I had to remove the cover of the alternator positive terminal and the positive cable to get the resonator box in nicely.

Also noticed I have to remove the PCV hose in order to get to the IAC. :/
