rear main seal?

Hi my wife has an 03 liberty limited, at 36,000 mile it neede a newrear main seal, now 10,000 miles later it seems to be seeping AGAIN. Anyone have similar problem or know what the hell is up with this? THANKS ](*,)

Never heard of this on a 3.7. Sure you dont have the I-6, they are really bad for this?lol jk.

V6 or I-6, 36K is WAY to early for a rear main leak....and i've never heard of one on the 3.7 before. Sure its not something like the valve cover gasket? Where are you seeing oil lekaing on to? Got any pics?
