Hey guys I need a little advice before I spend some money. My 2002 liberty limited has recently started having problems with the radio display as well as the dashboard. When the Jeep is running everything is fine. Once I turn on the headlights then the radio display stops working as well as my mileage readout. The radio still works (I can change stations and everything else) but just dosent display anything. I am wondering if this could be caused by a battery that is dieing. Someone let me know if they had this problem before and what fixed it please

Do you have the dimmer switch turned all the way off? Not sure if it can be shut ALL the way off. I know you can use it to dim the brightness. My Mazda allowed me to turn it all the way off, never tried with the KJ though.
