Just bought a new Head Unit for the Jeep!! It's a Pioneer 3700 model and it has 2 pre-outs, and 1 aux input. It will play burned cd's, mp3's, wma's. It has the feature of adding the iPod adapter and Sirius satellite tuner which I am very interested in doing. It pushes out very good sound and it has a ton of setup features to get your music sounding great!! The price for this unit was very good (Best Buy for 134.99) and I even got free installation.
I am so happy I upgraded because the sound is so much better than with the stock radio. Oh! Once I add the iPod and Sirius, you will be able to control everything right from the deck!! It has text as well to display your music from the iPod or what station/song you are listening to on Sirius.
