MY very first Jeep!

My aunt has always had Jeeps for years, and when she got her '06 Liberty Special Edition she let me drive it a few times and I HAD to get one! So I got my very own 2002 Liberty Limited last Friday! I LOVE it! Just wanted to share a few pics from the night I brought it home....

Nice libby you got there. Isnt that the Gun metal blue though? Maybe its just the lighting.. 8-[ Ive always liked that color.. \/

edit: Looks like it has Yokohama tires on it. what kind are they? O

Thank you!!! I've been lurking and I finally decided I should become active!
It may just be the lighting....I'm pretty sure the paperwork said it was Patriot Pearl Blue....I need to snap some better lit pics!
They are Yokohama, I'll have to run out there to see what kind, lol Whoever owned the truck before me must've just put 'em on, cause they look practically new!

Welcome! I agree with everyone else, it is a nice looking Jeep. Some daylight pics will definitely let us see that nice dark blue better (biggrin)

As for the tires, looks like the HT-S series (yeah, I was researching tires a few weeks ago 8-[ )

Awww thanks everybody for the warm welcome!
Just peeked at my tires, lol, and they are Geolander H/T-S (are those good?)
I just had the front windows tinted today to match the rear, and put on the plastic rain-guard things over the windows? (don't know the proper name for 'em) and it's lookin great! I just LOVE it. I plan on goin out first thing in the a.m. to go snap some sunny pics of it so the color will show better.
Ok, now for the humiliating question.....


what exactley does KJ stand for? #-o

Kj is just a code name that Damler-chrysler used on the liberty
for example liberty's are KJ, old jeep wranglers were Yj's. Kinda like a call sign.

The things over the windows are vent Visors.

Those are good tires. MUCH better than whay came on it stock. O
