You could go with OME light duty springs, basically the same spring rate as stock and you will probably get maybe 1" of lift.

Ive read about people getting the .75in spacer from rustys then using extra isolators on the rear to level it out.
The .75in spacer will give around 1.5in of lift then each isolator on the rear will give .5in of lift.
