Jeep Chips, and CPU Upgrades

So Jet Performance Products has a chip out there that will they claim increase the HP of your Jeep Liberty. You think it works? and you think it's worth shelling out the $200 and something dollars for it?

didnt ky liberty or someone buy one of those, and like it actually decreased his performance.....

Its my understanding that most of those chips are designed for 100% factory setups. For example, if you, say put in a brute force setup, or did a magnaflow exhaust, the performance benefits are negated.

Boesserblick did this I think, or at least had one at one point.
