Hissing Noise Fix

Anyone hearing a hissing noise under the drivers side front of your vehicle? I had been searching for a while on a fix until I stumbled across some information online. I am hoping that by posting this it will be easier for people to find. The vacuum hoses notorious for leaking/going bad/dry rotting are the ones going into the (secondary?) airbox, the one just before the throttle. The one that is underneath the drivers side front just right of the transmission that is clipped to the inboard wall of the frame (inboard means facing inwards opposed to facing outwards away from the ******) annd you can follow those lines to find the one that is up "above" or near the gastank.
