Heater/blower issues

Hey guys. Got an '06 Liberty anyone else have a problem with the blower on the heater only working on high (4) ? Also should this be covered in the warranty?

Sorry bud I've never had the issue. I've only used it in 3,2,1. I remember reading in an issue of consumer reports that there was some issues with the AC/heater system for the 06 tho.

is the issue covered in warranty? idono call your jeep dealer

its prolly just the resistor pack. its located onder the dash behind the glovebox. cost about 30 bux. easy fix . pretty common issue. i replaced mine just recently.

There is a thread around here somewhere that gives you a part number to order a better resistor block but I cant find it.

It's about $15 from RockAuto.com and about $20 from the local Advance Auto Parts here. So a cheap fix!

There was a post mentioning a newer style one from the dealer a while back but i can't find it either. Either way i would just go with what you can get.
