Hello from the UK!
Those of you familiar with the Airstream will know the origin of my user name. I am an Airstream importer based in "old" Hampshire. I am an ex-coal mining engineer, long-served industrial and commercial photographer within the UK Ministry of Defence and now working out my days for a pension as a logistician.
I'm here since, having tried to tried to tow the classic american trailer with the classic UK 4x4 - a Land Rover - in the process throwing a piston and cracking the block. I thought I would cross the pond - so to speak - for my TV.
I have what is dubbed in the UK a Cherokee - your Liberty.
It pulls like atrain but before I can trip off to Scotland for a week of wild camping I need to install a brake controller - I'll start a fresh thread to outline my problems with that - next.
