defogger blowing cold air

I have a 2002 liberty with a 3.7liter v 6. I am getting hot air blowing from the vents, but when I put it on defrost the air gets cold. I checked the level of anti freeze and it was full. Not sure where to go from here

I'm having the exact same issue in my 2005 3.7, except it only blows hot air on the recirculating setting, and the further I turn the dial away from that setting the colder it gets.

So...

HOT-slowly but surely loses heat-------COLD
Recir-face-face & feet-feet-feet & def-defrost

Hoping it's not the blend door, but......

Any help is appreciated!
