buyers advice CRD Liberty 05/06?

Im looking to purchase a Liberty CRD wondering if the 2005 or 2006 models have any significant differences. heard the 2006 trans has had better reliability. any advice would be apreciated. EGR problems?

well the 2006's have ESP traction control the 05 do not and the 05's have the 7year 70k mile warrenty while the 06 got the 3year 36k. I have only had to have 1 EGR replaced on my 06 and that was before ULSD. I havent had one problem since the switch to ULSD. I have put 30k miles on my 06 in less than a year. overall probly the best vehicle for reliability I've had.
