Another coolant leak

Searched the forum but didn't find anything on this. Coolant appears to be coming out around the threaded adapter for the heater hose. Anyone experience this? What's the fix?

I haven't experienced that specific issue but I'd think you'd have to drain the system, unscrew the adapter, clean up the threads with a wire brush, goop on some pipe thread sealant and screw it back in. I've had good luck doing that with threaded coolant sensors and I just used plumbers' pipe sealant (white stuff, comes in a tube) which I've found works better than teflon tape for a lasting seal.
