'08 License Plate Light replacemnt

Anybody have any idea how to change this bulb? Not sure if I am not pulling hard enough to get the bulb out or what. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

If you have taken the plastic lens out and are trying to pull out the bulb, then you aren't pulling hard enough. I had to use pliers. To get more grip and to try from busting it... I wrapped the plier "forks" with electrical tape. This wasn't on a KK but most Chryslers seem to be the same.

I had to take pliers to the remnants to the bulb as well.
