05 2.4l inner timing cover

Hey all, I have a 05 2.4l and had to to pull the head due to a broken spark plug, from the previous owner. While removing the head, I noticed the inner upper timing cover, apparently has a crack and missing a chunk out of it. I for the life of me can not find the part anywhere due to being discontinued. Does anyone know where to get one or use a different year and make it fit?

SE Mass, all the junkyard around here won't sell engine parts, have to buy the entire block. And ebay doesn't have it right now.

That's annoying, I guess getting it welded up is probably the only option, I assume it's aluminium?

No, it's plastic, so I'm just going to use a 3d pen to plastic weld it. Since it's not available.

It's annoying, there's a 2.4 in my local scrapyard, unfortunately I'm in England....
