The rear driver side window in my Jeep is currently rigged with a door stopper, lol. It started a while back when one day, I hit the switch to lower it and the motor just made this wierd noise, but the window didn't move. Well, eventually, the window started falling on it's own so I have to rig...

So I am pretty mechanically inclined, but I have NO clue what this is hanging down from the back of my Jeep. It appears to be something disconnected maybe? Does anyone know what this is and if so, how I fix it? It's drivin' me nuts! Thanks in advance!!!
