    can anyone tell me the socket size i will need to remove a front brake caliper from my 02 libby? replacing the caliper in a couple hours. thanks in advance!

    front wheel squeal/rim getting hot

    i think my drivers side caliper may be getting stuck. i get a squeal most times i take off from hard braking and the rim has been getting rather hot from time to time. dont know if i need to lube the caliper arms or replace the entire unit. any insight would be great.

    reverse lights not working

    reverse lights not working (Problem Solved) tail lights both work as do the brake lights, but no reverse lights at all, is there a fuse or something i should check? isnt there a sensor in the tranny, possibly? any ideas on how to fix this would be great...

    high pitched squeak in front end...

    for about the last 3 weeks to a month there is a high pitched squeak coming from the front end somewhere, it stops as i apply the brakes so i checked out my brakes on the drivers side and everything looks good, as i just replaced rotors and pads this past may. i notice the noise tends to start...

    will 17" rims fit my ride?

    02 KJ Sport. i have 16" wheels now. not sure about the bolt pattern or backspacing though. the 17" are coming from a grand cherokee and they are stock jeep wheels....

    LBJ job today..

    went smooth, as expected. jeep doesnt pull to either side, steering seems to be the same. i guess the original recall was done 18,000 miles ago, but ive only owned the ride for 1.5 yrs and put 8k on it. needless to say, the lbj's were in good shape before they came off. no issues at all...

    brake job question

    anyone know how big of a clamp i'll need to compress the caliper on the front brakes? i've done it before, but cant remember what i used. i think it may have been a drywall clamp of all things!!! and will i need to bleed the system, i know i didnt do it last time and everything was A OK...
