I'm able to touch the oil filter and the fan shroud is pretty small. But if it's just adding that then I'll look more into it and I'll try to pull it off. But thank you guys for your input, I'm going to buy a Mopar water pump and thermostat and hope they work

Putting in a mopar thermostat would be a good idea, Ill keep that in mind then next time it needs a flush but at the moment it seems like the thermostat is doing what its designed for and coolant is still pretty clean. Unless there’s something im missing?
