Oh , OK, so take the fan off the original small shroud, and reattach it to the larger one . I'll think about splitting the new fan shroud to make mounting easier as noted by some earlier posts

Thanks for the link /parts fiche- I ordered the shroud. With the PML transm pan, do you need a different filter due to increased depth, I'm guessing with more fluid the level comes up to the filter .

When I got my 04 KJ several months ago , the Right passenger side had been fixed, with a replacement door, fender and flare.The door trim and fender flare were much lighter than the standard "dark Grey". Using acetone , after rubbing them about 5-6 times, they seem to match. Rattle can paintjob.
