My 2010 liberty sports driver side marker and turn signal flicker and work intermittently. Has anyone had this issue? I changed the bulb and it did not help. I am guessing it may be a ground issue but do not know where to look? Thanks for any help!

My 2010 Jeep Liberty has had 2 episodes where the brakes locked up after starting off from a stop on a slight grade. Has anyone else had this happen and does anyone have any advice. i have not had any lights or warnings both times. Thanks so much for any help!!
