All four window failure, have no clue...

Sounds like a bad body control module to me. (But the absence of codes doesn't jive.) I'm thinking that maybe drawing the current to roll both up at the same time may have blown a weak cap or weak transistor on the BCM board. Perhaps swap the bcm out with your buddies and retest?

This was beyond all of those products. The oxidation was built up too heavy and needed to be mechanically removed. I tried meguiars black magic. Didn't even touch it. I'll be happy to give wipenew a shot though.

Just needed some catch up maintenance and the CD player didn't eject. A few other very minor issues. Pretty solid overall though. I'll be doing brakes this summer. The bumper was sun faded to an almost white. A little Pam cooking spray and red scothbrite took care of that.

    Hello!

Thought I'd swing by and introduce myself from NE Ohio. Just bought a 2004 KJ with 71k miles. Looking for an OK mpg commuter to handle bad weather, light towing, and occasional light off roading. I started a build thread over in members journals. A lot of stuff was done before the 30 day temp...

That's perfect to move it - sorry i didn't see it. Also, the daystar and other spring lifts have EXACTLY the same geometry. I don't wheel hard, so I'm not going to push any limits.

I didn't have 100 miles on it when I did this one. I had a pioneer DEH-X9600BHS headunit in my old WJ, so right in it went. Even had the right harness adapters on it. I really like it, it's the only HU on the market that fits my needs (read: wants). 1) It has infintely variable display...

My goals for this jeep is to have a fuel efficient (relatively) commuter that can confidently handle NE ohio snow and go occasionally light off-roading. I was able to score a set of 4 265/70/17 General Grabber HTS tires off of eBay for $380 shipped for my Durango, but sold it before I ever put...

Hi All! Thought I would start documenting some stuff here as I go. I found a 2004 KJ on the local CL for $3600: 3.7, 4WD (NV231), 5 SPEED!!!, 71k miles. Going for a mild lift, a few audio upgrades, general cleanup, and then on to some funner stuff like an on-board air compressor...
