Update for anyone interested: I have the problem with the cat resolved now. I originally was going to get the OEM cats from a local dealership. I only had the problem with one cat and the dealership only sells the whole system with all three cats so I was just going to have everything replaced...

Today I installed the renegade roof rack on my '03. The rack was a generous gift from CobraNutt. The rack gives it a look I like more than just the factory rails. Still have some more stuff I want to do to customize it and looking forward to it! Thanks again to CobraNutt!
