05 CRD no-start,, sometimes
Sounds like a bad starter solenoid or bad starter motor based on what you described. Best to just replace the whole starter. Autozone has them with lifetime warranty. Duralast Gold New Starter DLG5223 Part #DLG5223- WWDiesel

Screw Size
If the head is 8mm, the screw size is most likely a 5mm x 0.8 thread if it was a threaded bolt and not a sheet metal thread type screw. It could also be a 4mmx0.7 thread bolt with a 8mm head. I would buy one of each to be on the safe side. Most hardware stores carry small metric bolts.- WWDiesel

2005 Liberty Replacement seat covers

Don't waste your money! All the Factory Service Manuals can be viewed and / or downloaded at this Website: http://www.colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/ The FSM's cover the 2.8 engine; the FSM has a whole section dedicated just to it. AC compressor keepers cycling even when AC is turned off.
