Two suggestions, first, use high quality silicone heater hose which is impervious to oil and heat exposure. Second, get rid of the EGR either by total deletion or at least install a block off plate in the exhaust feed line and remove the butterfly plate out of the FCV. The EGR is a know engine...
It is possible to move the small temperature bulb from side to side, but it should not be "loose".
Best to just replace the sensor with the GM Bosch MAP sensor; much less expensive than the OEM one and works perfect.

New GM PN; 55568175
If it popped off the shift lever at the transfer case end, you can make a steel bushing out of a piece of 3/8" metal brake or fuel line to replace the failed plastic bushing. Then use a thin spring or flat washer and a hitch pin to hold it all in place. Did this to mine years ago and it is...
What year model and what engine? Maybe you installed the wrong CV axle, there different ones in length depending on year model and engine.
What was the part number you installed?

The fan hubs can be rebuilt using standard oversize bearings available here in the US. Does require some small amount of machine work to fit the oversize bearings.
Better alternative, add a ProVent, it keeps the oil out of your CAC (intercooler)

This is the picture showing the required modifications:
You have to cut the copper bars in two places as shown and solder in a small bypass wire.
I have done the mod to my 05 CRD several years back and it works just fine!
Best advice is to remove the butterfly plate out of the FCV. Only two small torx screws holding it to the shaft. Can be removed in less than 30 minutes.
The small gears in the FCV operator are notorious for stripping and hanging allowing the FCV to block or limit air flow and boost from...

I have a brand new in the box Mopar thermostat with new factory gasket available if anyone needs one.
Message me if interested.
I recently installed an HDS unit on my Jeep and now no longer need the Mopar unit I had in stock for backup.
Whatever you do, do not install the in hose hack or...
This is what the adjustable IronRock Rear Upper Control Arm looks like installed on a Jeep KJ using my Custom Heavy Duty Mount.
FYI: The IronRock Rear lower adjustable control arms for the WJ (Grand Cherokee) also fit the Liberty perfectly, I have a set of them on my Jeep KJ. I build custom...
Non OEM Fuel Filters
I went to a Donaldson 11 micron primary filter with a clear water drain bowl. This only required changing the WIF sensor. The Donaldson filter screws right onto the OEM filter head. I then added a 3 micron secondary filter between the primary OEM filter and the CP3 fuel...
