The rear power outlet does indeed have power. I tested it with the phone car charger to make sure it wasn't the charger that was broken. I'd go out and mess with it, but don't really feel like it at this time, got that kinda tired Monday feeling.

I searched and found directions to check the fuse...I did, it looks fine. I tried a spare and also the fuse for the rear outlet...but none worked.
