Fuel pump not priming
I have found a few threads but didn't want to hijack with my specific scenario. I have an 06 KJ that won't start. It will crank. When I turn the key to On, I do not hear the fuel pump prime at all. I have tried to swap the relays for ASD and Fuel for working ones (from another thread). It sounds...- nozborne

Cooling question
I have an '06 Liberty Renegade w/ the HD cooling kit. As it is used primarily as a grocery getter these days and I am having to do more and more minor repairs (150k miles), I was considering removing the HD cooling shroud and clutched fan and leaving them out. My reasoning is that I don't use it...- nozborne

Radiator replacement and possible issues
I replaced the radiator, water pump and thermostat. As part of the process we obviously drained the system. Once it was all back together, we refilled with coolant mix. The problem is that it only took about 12 quarts of coolant, well below the fill quantity. I have driven it several times... -

Rear glass defroster
I have a 2006 Liberty. I apparently had a slow leak around the gasket at the top of the rear glass. This caused corrosion over a long period of time to the conductors of the rear defrost that run across the glass and now they won't work. I have tried the "paint on" repair, but can't get it...- nozborne

'06 HD Electric fan
My electric radiator fan died in spectacular fashion this weekend. I have the HD kit, so the mechanical fan has been keeping the engine cool so long as I am not running AC in stop and go traffic. Does anyone know the part number for the electric HD fan and maybe have a link to a good how-to...- nozborne
