    Save your money on the gas and the chip. They won't make any noticeable difference in how your KJ performs over time.

    Go ahead and replace it. It isn't too difficult. Cost wise it isn't much either. You're just replacing the front part, not the shaft itself.

    I pulled 19 mpg yesterday for a 7 hour round trip. I would have cracked 20-21 if I had taken it easy.:gr_grin: I tend to leave O/D off until about 50. She gets a couple of full throttle hits up to redline a week just to stretch her legs.

    I wave at Jeeps around here that have had work done to them but I don't get waves that often. I mostly get questioned at the gas station about my KJ on where I got the parts to lift it. So many damn Wranglers here in this area.

    Meh. I saw it but I tend to enjoy military aircraft more since I get to be around them.:gr_grin: The Hemi is definitely the better engine to get with the Commander.

    Search is your friend on here or Google. https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Jeep_Liberty/Torque_Specs_%26_Socket_Sizes Some of the specs in the other categories aren't correct but all of the front suspension ones are correct to my knowledge. I remember the clevis bolt being different on later models.
