When you say with the ignition on you can't move the vehicle - is that with the engine running? If it is then you have internal transmission issues - it won't be a cable issue.
Sounds like you might have a reverse clutch issue - the shudder, then loss of reverse, and the pan magnet point to a failed clutch pack. Might be time for a rebuild.
Fix the misfire codes first. The faulty heater circuit isn't going to really contribute to your misfire problems, and the downstream sensors are primarily just used for determining if the cats are doing their job.
