Passenger Side (right side) Axle doesn't seem to be in all the way
You may want to compare new and old axles. I * think * this is a function of how long the splines are on the new shaft as compared with what you are taking off. I don’t recall ever seeing this on my 2, but then, none are home right now, or I could roll under and check.- DadOSix

Broken sway bar link bolt
Perhaps a friend with a portable oxy/acetylene setup could get it hot enough. Dont neglect the old warm bolt melted crayon trick. Press a crayon on the warm threads and let it penetrate. Gets in where even pb blaster fears to tread.- DadOSix

YACNS issue (Yet another crank/no start issue)
Fuel pump. Next time it does this, cycle the key on and off a few times before trying to restart. This process will build fuel pressure. You could also check the fuel pressure with a gage.- DadOSix

'12 KK transmission dipstick?
Original install was rtv silicone as a gasket. That is pretty typical. I can’t recall if mine had a mopar or non-mopar filter. -
2006 liberty limited automatic transmission failed
Just a guess, but I think you buy their ‘in the box’ reman and return yours for a core. Probably no way to tell on the replacement unit.- DadOSix
