2007 kj issues with hazards when locking and unlocking
Here's my take on the situation: You said the hazards and turn signals work fine. The relay for the hazards is built into the switch I think. But if the relay was bad then I doubt the hazards would work. If anything I bet its just a programming issue with the remote, but I could be wrong...- jake1234

how to disable DRL??
Look at the socket to the left of the DRL relay, its empty. That empty socket is for the hi beam relay. KJ's with DRL's have a relay only on the DRL socket and KJ's without DRL's only get the hi beam relay. I believe the other difference between the two is different BCM programming. You can enable/disable the lights flashing when you use keyless entry, maybe you accidentally disabled it. I'll quote the owner's manual for a 2005 KJ (page 26): --- 1. Fuel overflows on fill-up, how to fix?
Here in NY almost all the pumps are missing the lever that lets you lock the trigger and walk away as the tank fills. I just wedge the gas cap under the trigger, it fills slower this way because the gas cap doesn't squeeze the trigger all the way. Works great in the winter, I just go back...- jake1234

ridiculous stealership sticker removal?
Mine came off by first heating it with a blow dryer, which made the letters peel at the edges so you can grab them. Then I just used goo gone to take the adhesive off. Of course you wanna wash the Jeep immediately after to remove all the goo gone. Worked perfectly for me, everything came off...- jake1234

I wouldn't go crazy with all those chemicals under the hood, harsh chemicals and cleaners won't do wonders for the rubber hoses. I learned that the hard way one night after my upper rad hose split open and the Jeep lost all its coolant. Now I just stick to soap and water.- jake1234

I recommend a cheap OBD2 scanner. When you disconnect the battery you loose the clock, radio presets and the tranny shifts funny cause it lost its adaptive learning. A loose gas cap would give you a large evap leak code. I heard somewhere that a small evap leak can be as small as a pinhole...- jake1234

seatbelt question

Tensioner Replacement
Squeals while the engine was idling after being driven for a while and sometimes there was a loud squeal when the steering wheel was turned to the lock positions. I'd rather not wait for the tensioner to break or for the belt to snap while I'm driving to work or on the highway.- jake1234

Okay I got it all taken care of now. I got a set of craftsman bolt extractors but the entire bolt head is recessed into the Chrysler tensioner where the extraction socket couldnt even fully grab it.
