check for a cracked rubber hose in front of your fuel tank, there is three hoses that take a crap on 02-03 kj's. just replaced with bulk hose.- sprsonic

ball-joint recall repairs...beware!!!
these new ball joints have a sleeve that goes over the boot when installing them for that reason. the idiot that installed them obviously did'nt know that. it's lettered on the sleeve to not remove until installed into control arm.- sprsonic

check the waterpump, known for being garbage. usually a pink tracer coming from under w/p pulley. will be hard to see if you have heavy duty cooling package(larger radiator fan shroud)- sprsonic

A/C is leaking!!!!!
there is a tsb for water leaking on inside on passenger floor, tsb 24-003-05. check to see if you have an extension hose on your a/c drain in engine compartment. part number is 55037651aa. can get at local dealer. if you can only see about an inch of plastic drain tube coming out of firewall...- sprsonic

Did the tune up, runs great for a week then.....
02 liberty is notorious for weak or broken valve springs. i would recomend the cheapest route first, which would be to get a can or two of mopar combustion chamber cleaner, get the vehicle to operating temp and while engine is running, remove the intake maniold vacuum hose to brake booster and...- sprsonic
