    No. It's not loud loud but does have a good deep sound. My muffler guy said he's a magnaflow fan because flowmasters tend to be really loud inside bigger cabins (SUV's)...that's the 50 series too. You diffenently know I am coming down the street but it's not a bad loud sound at all.

    Yep, you were the evil mastermind behind this project. Thanks for the idea. I was really surprised at how strong the shelf really is. We're leaving for Wyoming in a couple of days and that shelf will be a godsend for our two daughters. It will be easy for them to reach behind and grab books...

    An easy fix is to get some strips of wood and put some velcro (I love the stuff!) on the bottom and you can attach them to the edges and nothing rolls off. What's up the machete and ski pole? Some 007 on the slopes? =D>

    I just got mine last week. I went with a single tip. Cost was $130.00 installed. I thought it was pretty quiet too until I left this morning at 6 AM (I was mad @ Parcells and couldn't sleep anymore so I went in to fiddle with my Hella's) to test my aiming and it sounded good in the dead...

    I just finished mine yesterday! I pretty much did the same as you. I used birch ply and strengthened the edges with poplar so it doesn't sag. I used an inch dowel for support that the shelf sits on it. I think I spent $40.00... One tool box for tools the other is my emergency kit...

    AHHH!!!! My Jeep is WRECKED!!!!

    That's why one of the reasons why I want an ARB bumper. Not to hurt anyone but would probably save a lot of damage to the KJ.
