I sprayed my terminals with that anti corrosion spray that they make for the terminals. Its a red liquid, and it then dries on the terminals, I have had no corrosion in the past year with my battery.
depends on how deep the scratches are. They might be able to be buffed out by a someone with car detailing skills. But if they are all the way through the paint then you would need to touch it up with some touch up paint.
just use regular spray paint, or even the high temp spray paint. I wouldnt use the spray on bedliner, that stuff is pretty thick, and usually heavy, you would probably end up throwing off the balance of the wheels also.
the body brush that i have used in the past is about a 4 inch square one with green bristles, i generally squirt about 6 shots of the ASD on a tire and rub it around the tire with the brush, this also works good for the running boards or whatever else need some dressing.

last January here in WI it got down below zero with wind chills around 40 below, i didn't have any problems with the jeep starting, kinda had a little noise when it was cold also, but really the only problem that occurred for me was the windshield washer fluid froze.
the dealer that i go to, which i used to work for, just had my liberty for the recall and i had them an oil change, the total for the oil change came to 16.80 hehe.
yes to turn on the foglights you pull out on the stalk, as far as a light bar the factory ones have a switch mounted on the dash to the left side of the steering wheel
