    So after a move to Ohio for a new job, I've been in the mood for buying things for the KJ lately. So far I've got cross bars for the roof rack, a Rola roof basket on the way, and I'm now exploring LED light bars to mount between the basket and the roof.

    haha, quite literally! Lift plate was fixed under warranty today. Im going to have to consider buying four steiger plates here at some point, the warranty is only until january.

    Consensus is that 15s will not fit around the brakes. Soft 8s will but the backspacing will cause rubbing issues. Without lifting, from what I've read around here, stock wheels (yours or from another liberty) will be the best bet. For reasonably priced tires in 16" size, look at Hankook...

    There is a 50% chance I will be in the area Friday night through Sunday. My mom lives up there, its where I grew up. I havent made up my mind yet as I also have an offer to be in Kalamazoo.

    This. Also, a lot of seasonal roads north of Rose City (about 45mins away), about 12 miles north of Rose City is Bull Gap, which is a pretty fun area to wheel. Even closer than that though is the St. Helen Open Area, which is only about 20 mins away. Would have to check if vehicles are allowed...

    Im in Niles. From what I understand, aside from private property, there isnt much in the way of off roading in Michigan down here. I know of a few places on the east side as I grew up there, but thats kind of far.

    Window regulator fail #1 occurred today. Passenger rear door, found it when I got home from work. Conveniently happened just in time for a heavy rain - soaked interior fail.
