Sylvania Silverstars... I had Silverstars on my prev Jeep and they are brighter. It's time to upgrade the Liberty now. I was looking at Silverstars today at AutoZone ($36/pair). Is it the 9007 ST's that are direct replacements for the stock 9007 QL's? Thanks!- JeepnJer

Towing Capacity with a 5 speed.
Yep, the clutch is the weakest link. You have to let it slip more to get your load goin'. More wear and tear, shorter clutch life. The manual tranny is probably strong enough. I've heard autos are better for towing because they have what is called "torque multiplication", which is a result...- JeepnJer

I agree, leave it as is... it's only 5mm. Even if you were successful in getting those lips down into the clevis bracket in order to make the strut base flush with the clevis, when you torque down the clevis bolt, the bottom of the strut may become deformed; plus the clevis grip wouldn't be...- JeepnJer

Keyless Entry Options New member here... Same thing with my '05 Renegade... can't disable the horn chirp on remote lock. I hate that too, especially when you're out in the quiet forest. Have to remember to use the door lock button.
