245/65/17 without lift?
The difference is about a half inch taller and about half and inch wider. (29.5 x 9.64) That measures about the same as 245/70/R16 which fits non-lifted KJs.- priell3

engine knock?
Mine knocks on cold mornings until the engine warms up a bit. I just let it idle for a minute after starting then take it easy driving the first few minutes.- priell3

Disabling the kill engine security
Like others have said, get a Sentry key from Ebay. I did after my wife's keys were stolen. I had the dealer reprogram the keys for $25 bucks. I saved big bucks overall.
