Question!!!
Seems like something's missing with that tire size. 16x8, 5x114.3 (4.5") and 32mm-38mm backspace (4-5") should be right. 4" backspace with the 8" rim width is optimal. 5mm offset would be around 4" backspace, right?- rockdart

2.5" Silver w/ the Foxx shocks upgrade. I wanted the Adjust a Strut so that ARB bumper can (eventually) be accounted for. Though I don't envision playing parking lot soccer w/ shopping carts lol. Might have to defend myself against soccer moms though- rockdart

What did you do to your jeep today?
Went and checked out my new rims and tires. Gave the ok to mount and balance - they won't go on until the lift is done. 16 days since I ordered the lift from JBA... order's still "processing". I'm starting to get reallly impatient. Also got to clean the filter on the windshield washer...- rockdart

liberty 05 difficult to start when engine warm
I forgot to add... they also gave me a door-only key. Looked like a regular key and 90% similar to the (only) key I got with when I bought it from a private seller. The key did key the door. Started it too. For about 5 seconds. I tried the pre-programmed key fob. Did the same thing. Both...- rockdart

liberty 05 difficult to start when engine warm
Mine did this. Had a key that wasn't the key fob with locks, panics and back window opener. $240 later at the dealership, I had the key fob and haven't had that problem since.- rockdart

What did you do to your jeep today?
$&^>€ %^¥@! Been a helluva week. Prepping for my JBA lift, I went to pound the pinch weld. Got the Jeep up on jackstands, driver side tire off and on to the passenger side. Who ever put the tires on last had an impact wrench set to kiss-my-backside. Or you're-number-one... not using the index...- rockdart

Me and My '05 Limited, Riding On Air
Nice thread. Got me to join. I'm putting in a JBA 2.5" Gold lift kit when it arrives. Got the rims and tires picked out (Discount Tire!) and the new stereo going in next Wednesday. I bought some 1.5" Spidertrax spacers in case the 5" BS on rims rub with the 245/75 16's. Not going anywhere...- rockdart
