Recommend me a brush guard for an 03 KJ renegade...

Ok, heres my question on these. And maybe this will help your decision. I really, really like the look of the westin and manik gaurds. But, they mount in the tow hook location. So, can you use these for recovery? If not, can you still install a front reciever to get a hook into the center...

    KJ vs Nissan Xterra

Man, that thing looks awesome. I actually like the XTerra quite a bit. I was trying to decide between it and the Liberty, but I found a used Libby in my price range before I found an XTerrra, so I guess I never really decided for real. I think they look good though (even the old body style)...

    KJ vs Nissan Xterra

I guess my point is that it doesnt look like they have an affordable suspension lift option. The only less expensive ones are body lifts, which only gain you wheel clearence.

Just looked at some of their lift kits...PRICEY!! http://www.4x4parts.com/public_html/shop/index.php3?page=shop/browse&category_id=1b921f889645306716f3ad512da920c6&ps_session=8147ede8276a661e5aed91d75df33e7f

    KJ vs Nissan Xterra

I just took a tour around Xterra Owners Club. Man they dont like Liberties very much. Looks like the Xterra can ultimately fit much larger tires. 30" tire fits any Xterra. 31" tire fits 2002 Xterra, and 2000-2001 with minor trimming. 32" tire fits any Xterra with major trimming and a lift...

    Rusty's Running low on ome's

Is Mexico any better?! I noticed when I put on my Rusty's last weekend that the Rusty's shocks are made in Mexico. Maybe Mexican quality is fine, and I dont mean to offend any Mexicans or Malaysians, for that matter, but anyway.... I'll stop digging my hole now...

    spidertrax spacers

Sure does! Now that mine is lifted, its lookin a bit narrow on the bottom!

    spidertrax spacers

From what I've read, as long as you get quality ones that are hub centric like the Spidertrax, and will not screw up your wheel balance, everything should be peachy-keen. Theres been some talk of suspension components wearing out faster because of increased leverage from the wheel, but it seems...
