    I picked up a new one from O'reilly's for $55~ with a limited lifetime warranty, whatever that means exactly. So far so good, not that a water pump is really rocket science.

    45RFE re-learn?

    Is that just for a 'quick re-learn' and it will learn fine otherwise just driving it normally? Seems to drive perfect aside from a 'jerk' when coming up to a stop and it shifts into first, but that has gotten softer each time it has done it.

    Well I went a different route, I picked up a used trans(40k) and reman'd torque converter and spent the past 2 days(probably about 15 hours with breaks and taking my time) swapping. What a pain in the ass, though I don't think it'd be as bad if I had to do it again. Just finished a few hours ago...

    Just want to add that while in first, after being at a stop, it only tries to stall while holding the brake, otherwise it'll creep forward with no lurching, etc.
