2006 Liberty cranks will not start when warm but OK when cold
I think i have this issue just starting today, no codes, intermittent issue when starting the engine hot, it hiccups and seems to want to start but fails, can you link a part number of what you ended up swapping?- RenKJ

Rear brake drag/caliper failure/hose
if I were you I would put an order in for a new caliper straight away, the piston will not have survived overheating that bad and piston seizing is probably what caused it in the first place.- RenKJ

Engine spacer
without that im pretty sure impacts to the drive train will go into the crankshaft and flywheel rather than being distributed to the engine and transmission mounts, not sure how long you can drive it like that but if you offroaded like that you would probably do permanent damage- RenKJ

Spring sag two weeks after replacement?
If you will go wheeling and flex out the rear, you may want them, and also to extend rear brake manifold bracket down, and extend breathers- RenKJ
