Do you have a limited slip differential in the rear? They may break loose easier on hard turns in slick conditions. Mark- MarkJ

I don't think it matters where the non-working valve is as long as the one that does work (GM) is above it and stops the gas. Mark- MarkJ

I know the hose is too short for a KJ. I have just read a few that made it work on a KJ by cutting the GM valve out of the GM hose and placing it up into the KJ hose. I will let you know how it turns out. Mark- MarkJ

2005 Renegade 2" Rack Rails
Actually I checked and you can position the ski racks over the top of the inside screw for security. Though, to tell you the truth I never worry about it. I have never locked a ski carrier in my life and never had a problem. It's not like we ski on new high performance equipment every year...- MarkJ

I am looking for a real solution. Your slowing down the pump when you THINK it's close is not a sure enough thing for me. My daughter is driving it - makes me a nervous dad. I put my ear down and could tell when the gas entered the pipe from that sound we all recognize and stopped it...- MarkJ

I know it's been talked about but it seems like there is no consensus. One person bought a GM filler and cut out the valve to place in the Jeep pipe. F'n furiouus at Jiffy lube.
I am in the same line of business and I too have had to grab cellphone shots of existing damage to protect myself and the company I work for. Especially true when the EU is unhappy about warranty coverage. Unfortunately it's the world we live in. Mark- MarkJ

New used Jeep owner

This Damn Snow!
Had some hack at the tire dealer thought he would be smart and use a dremel cut-off wheel to remove a stuck metal stem cap. He got the cap off alright but sliced into the stem and now you cannot fill the tire because the air goes out the side hole he made. Of course it's an expensive TPMS...- MarkJ

Heater problems, PLEASE HELP!
Heater core is just a small radiator. It RADIATEs heat into the airstream going through the heater. Otherwise you would have no heat. Of course one hose is going to be measurably cooler than the other when it is working right. Not sure exactly how much...point is: measure temp on a working...- MarkJ

Took the speed bump a bit too fast...
Usually shaking is balancing, not normally alignment. I would have it checked. Did you also look under the hood for anything out of place or evidence of the fan hitting the radiator? Also check the top for a wrinkle showing that the unibody was bent from the landing (ask me how I know about...- MarkJ

the beloved parking brake...
Mine were all seized when I got it. Took them apart and removed those top parts which were stuck together. Sprayed WD40 and pried them apart. Shined them up on the wire wheel and re-lubed, re-installed, etc they now work great. No need to remove axle at all. Only problem is getting the...- MarkJ

03 Jeep Liberty rattling noise
