Seafoam?
I did this to mine. being its a CRD I could not do the vac hose thing to get it in to the intake. You are Never to put any liquid like seafoam into the intake of a diesel engine. it will cause a runaway engine....not good. oil consumption
well he may not be using the oil in the way you think. I have a 2006 with a provent oil seprator installed. if I fill mine up to the max line on the dipstick in a week or so it will be down to the middle between max and add marks. Looking for a cheaper synthetic regimen.
In my diesel Libby I'm using Shell Rotella full synthetic 5w40 the gallon is $19.50 at walmart. That and a Napa gold filter and I'm ok for 6,250 miles. got my next change comming up soon so I started looking for the oil when I was at wal mart the other day and they were sold out :(- mikey1273

Un sure on size
I have 245/70R16 on my stock wheels, stock Jeep no lift yet. I had no rubbing for a months. now I have a Fender liner that is loose that I just never seem to get at fixing it and it rubbs sometimes on the right just a bit when I make very sharp turns. KJ owner gets the "Jeep wave"!
I get the wave once in a while. the first time I got it was from a guy in a yellow Wrangler right after I got it and I really didn't know what the Jeep wave was all about then. Anyone have a worn out leather steering wheel?
only 44k here and it was like that when I bought it at 37.5k the wear is very minor on mine I don't even know how it got that if some can make it 135k. Maybe they started using softer leathers or my Jeep's first owner had rough hands.- mikey1273

3 years...
got mine August 2nd. had 37,800 miles on it now has 44,400. i have been in love and hope that feeling sticks. I got new tires, and a few mods for the CRD engine. I realy liked the Outback I traded but I love the Jeep so much I hardy miss it.- mikey1273

Bosch Platinum +4 Spark Plugs
well I used them +4's in my Outback when I had it. I liked them, they were very efficent over the worn out NGK that was in. Here is the thing and it is sound science there is only going to be one spark per cylinder per ignition cycle, I don't care how many ground electrodes you put on a plug...- mikey1273
