Sealed Power has traditionally been a good brand, though I haven't rebuilt an engine in several years now. Unless something has changed, you should be good to go.
I used the NAPA (Dorman) regulator. I'm sure the Steiger kit is high quality, but I went with the whole assy because 1) it's a quick swap, 2) I had it in my hands the very next morning, and 3) it has a lifetime warranty.
I'm sure the Steiger kit is a good fix. For me, though, I decided to go with a NAPA (Dorman) assy. It is much faster to replace, and the whole assy is warranted for as long as I own the Jeep.
Guess I thought you were talking about seals in an engine, not a brake system. I must have mis-read the intent of the OP, as to where he was adding ATF. I agree: no ATF for your brake system. (No motor oil, either!) Sorry 'bout that.
I googled "jeep liberty kj engine" for images, and there are an abundance of them. Obviously, it shows images of engines for all model years, but you should be able to find some that apply to you.
