    I changed over my side markers, plate light, brake lights and back up lights to LED. I love them. And disregarding the resistor cost, what stopped me from switching over the turn signals was locating the signal wire on the back set. What a pain. Look on Ebay, you'll find the costs a lot lower.

    My airbox was really on there, be careful when pulling on it, you might break something else off. Unscrew and remove all portions from the base of the airbox before you attempt to remove. It's just pressed into the body with some rubber grommets.

    I also would go with a aftermarket unit. My reason being that I actually like the factory unit and enjoy the ipod connection a lot. So go with a small portable unit that you can take from the vehicle when you park, so there's no smash and grab, (which I was a victim of recently)

    There's two holes that extend up into the plate. I believe it's a 15mm socket, use a small extension. The front bolts remove all the way out. Re apply anti-seize, and the rear bolts do not remove all the way, just enough to slide the plate off. Use a floor jack to help out, holding it in place...

    I don't know about where to go, I alwasy go to a local place, not the dealership for brakes, too expensive. But what I do know is Organic pads wear faster (and are typically stock pads) but stop quicker. Semi-metallic take a little longer to stop, but take longer to wear out.
