    JBA A-arms

If you are putting stock control arms back in and not touching anything else you might be able to get away without doing an alignment since the adjustments are done on the lower control arms. I'd offer you mine for replacements but they have more miles on them than yours do...

    Hood isolation question

That's about it, and you might notice a bit more noise form the engine. I yanked mine last year and haven't noticed anything other than now I have more little openings to hang a work light when I'm under the hood (biggthumpup)

    EVIC Install Complete...

It's been a while since I ran mine but I think I just unscrewed the drivers' side visor mounts and got the headliner down enough to get the wires across to the A-pillar. Either that or I used a piece of coat-hanger to fish them across.

    EVIC Install Complete...

I would say that was a possibility except that I had another EVIC I had tried that did the same exact thing. I'll get it figured out one way or another.

    EVIC Install Complete...

Well I went out and did some dinking around with the EVIC tonite - moved the ground wire from the data connector to a frame ground behind the drivers' side kick panel, moved the switched power connector to fuse 32 (radio) and I still get the flashing, wonky display when I turn on my headlights...

    Type 43?

Must be a back east thing - 107k on my '03 and no problems with them at all. (Cheers)

    Type 43?

Type 43 = Prototype Jeep Liberty with variable geometry suspension, high volume low-friction throttle body, new format rear cargo area with quantum-singularity storage (it'll hold a LOT of stuff, but getting it out can be tricky). OK all kidding aside it is just they type of instrument...

    OME/Rancho squeaking still!

Could be bushings going out - check the swaybar links and mounts, UCA and LCA bushings, etc.

    Total OME setup or OME/Rancho

When I called AllJ's and explained what I had and what I wanted to do I was informed that I would need to use the OEM strut plates (which I still had). I have also ordered some Teraflex front bumpstops to help with any possible issues, plus I've got some JBA arms I'll be putting on the front...

    Total OME setup or OME/Rancho

That is correct, just pulled my rear springs and Daystar spacers to replace them with OMEs, put one of the spring/spacer combos next to one of the OME springs and saw about a 1/4" difference between the two (OME was just slightly shorter).

    EVIC Install Complete...

So does yours work with the headlights turned on? I just replaced my OTIS with an EVIC and it works great except when the headlights are on, then it goes a bit wonky. I figured it was something to do with the switched B+ source, I ran mine off a fuse in the junction block (don't remember which...

    CEL for "small emission leak"

Got a specific code (Pxxxx ?) Could be something simple like the fuel filler cap, a bit more specific info might help trace it down.

Cold Air Comming in by passenger

Yes the blower motor is located behind the glove box. You might check to see if the knockout they use for the clutch cable on the RHD models has come out - check this page on the firewall penetrations and look at the pic for the passenger side, it'll give you an idea of where to look and what...

    ome spring question

As far as I know you should get the same amount of lift, the main difference is if you plan on putting anything heavy on the front end (ARB bumper, winch, etc) you'll have problems if you go with the medium duty springs. Getting ready to put some 927s and 948s on mine next week, I can take...

    Upgrading the front Drive Shaft...

So is he going to build it to fit the stock companion flanges (as pictured above) so you don't have to worry about putting in new yokes etc? If so the price doesn't seem too bad, I paid $90 for a used unit when mine went out (same place, same problem). I think $300 for one that I can work on...

can i drill into my dash here?

I mounted the head unit for my DX-70 just a bit further back, where the flat lip is on the top of that section (yes it's dusty, it's a Jeep): Used a couple of 1/2" (or 3/4", I'd have to check) #10 sheet metal screws and haven't had any problems so far.

    2009 KK off-road capability

Ah I had forgotten that, even after looking at console pics last night (link from a thread on LOST) and thinking how weird it was to not see a t-case shift lever...

    2009 KK off-road capability

Seem to recall one of the local members having a problem similar to this, hard (or impossible) shifting into 4LO. IIRC it turned out to be the linkage on the t-case which was discovered while the t-case was being replaced (under warranty). Might check that first and go from there.
