Exhaust and/or CAI?
One of the 4x mags did an intake and filter and cat-back on a KJ and gained lame results for the money. I'm sure the article link is in here somewhere, i know it is over on LOST JEEPS. Funny thing is new plugs, clean air filter and changes in temp, etc could have darn near netted the same...- JJsKJ

But of course. Amsoil has their Fully synthetic ATF available for auto trans applications. I sent out a case for the LOST JEEPS Ouray run recently for their raffle and some will be heading to the East coast LOST JEEPS run here soon. I use it in all of my Jeeps in both the trans and transfer...- JJsKJ

Thanks Oddball! You can't beat the Severe Gear line for performance! You can my cost on your orders over the phone via CC or for an extra couple percent through my paypal account. I personally use the SG 75w110 in all four of my Jeeps in both diffs.- JJsKJ

Mod question
EAA201 is the correct Amsoil part number for the KJ drop-in air filter. I agree w/ either the All J Products Frankenlift or TBJ's suggestion for a lift. FWIW, both lift suggestions can be had from All J Products.- JJsKJ

Scary Driveability
Steering rack bushings, tie rod ends. No "box" so not the same kind of slop you would find in a steering box. Also look at the connection from the rack to the steering shaft too.- JJsKJ

Differential Fluid Question
I found differing opinions on the syn lube deal and also found some of these mfg's going by Old info on an old syn lube, Not more recent, better lubes. One axle MFG actually sells their own syn lube w/ their diffs and another gear MFG said Syn is fine as long as it meets spec. Also, those...- JJsKJ

valvoline......talk about your fine print...... forcing consumers to do 3000 mile oci's w/ syn is a huge waste of time and resources too. shame on them.- JJsKJ

Amsoil 5w30 True Full Synthetic and Ea series oil filter. Change about yearly or 8-10K miles which I rarely hit. If you are running oil that you feel needs More additives added to it then you are obviously not running the best oil. Eh? Also if you feel the need to run system cleaners...- JJsKJ

LUBE Points?
Unless you have Moog lower ball joints and/or Al's or RRO's upper ctrl arms, there isn't much to lube since everything is sealed. A few have pumped grease into the boots of the ball joints and tie rod ends but unless it is actually pumped Through the joint it isn't very effective at lubing the...- JJsKJ
