removed water pump and found oil???
Tom - never been into one - do the bolts go into the water jackets and need to be sealed? I know there are a lot of motors that need this.- Ohio-white-kj

Radio Mount option

I'd be concerned if you ever need to run at 50 watts for any length of time as the heat sink is probably not getting much air - However - I never ran 50 watts except rarely. - I'm guessing it's 5 20 50 (more or less) . That said - looks good - like to see a close up of the antenna base. N8Pff -- Ohio-white-kj

Dealership Coolant Flush Vs. DIY

Took a Jeep Cherokee for a test drive today...
I always liked my Comanche - doors were larger - like a 2 door Cherokee, was tighter along the left side though. Actually seemed to have more torque than the Libbey, as did the 4.0 in the Wrangler I owned. Overall, I liked the 4.0 better.- Ohio-white-kj

What are your opinions of these brakes?
It says Gold Zinc, which should really be yellow zinc, different than Cad.. I used to be rather involved in plating in an automotive supplier's shop. They still use yellow zinc, not near as corrosion resistant as cad., but I know of no one still doing cad. And also - no help on the brakes.- Ohio-white-kj

Get one of these, or something similar. http://www.cabelas.com/storage-transportation-cabelas-canoe-loader-rack-1.shtml I used one that I adapted that slid directly into a 2" receiver. Falken Tires
No idea how their truck tires are, but I had a set of very low profile when they 1st started selling them in the US - compared well with the Pirellis I had on the same. Also had them on another sedan. Those were both well made, would not hesitate to at least look at them..- Ohio-white-kj

Using a CB Mag Mount on a 06 Liberty
Stateside I've seen mag mount bases for very large antennas (ham gear) that had 3 separate magnets. The antenna mounts in the middle, if these didn't clear the ribs one could make a 3 legged base that would. http://www.claysradioshop.com/antennas-magnetmount.htm 3 and 4 mags mounts.- Ohio-white-kj

Tow Lights
I have an 05 that the former owner used as a toad. It had a 4 wire trailer harness ran from the grill to the tail lights, they then drilled an appropriate size hole in the lower part of the tail light and snapped a 1157 bulb socket into it.
