Rear diff protection
running a SOLID rear diff cover. the only pro i can think of is that it holds more oil- and it was on sale when i was in Seattle- cause i dont live in the USA. between you and me- i dont really need it, I cant remember ever backing up into a rock. if i had to buy a new one i would buy one with a...- hadtomer

Disconnect front sway bar links off road?
nope. for a while i went swaybar free and did not care for it at all. a bit more articulation- yes. a lot more damage- YES!! I am a firm believer in doing things right and as far as wheeling- i am running a detroit trutrac front and i am very happy.- hadtomer

these things gave me a lot of grief. the bolt hole on the drivers side became a bit oval. some welding was done at the shop- its ok now- hadtomer

hello guys - time for new shocks. 5 years ago i had the ome's and they were great. came with the jba tommud (Tom you are the man!) econilift- with ome 927's (i hope i remember the spring code right). 3 years later the ome's went to bin and i got some rancho's - not my cup of tea (or mud) at all...- hadtomer

thanx. it will be taken care of but not asap.... Hey guys- my quest for front suspension noise continues and things are going bad. My front suspension has been making noises when i hit a potlole. alignment was done, my JBA UCA's are brand new and the noise is driving me mad. I lifted the jeep today and started checking. Cool - thank you - you sure did put my mind at ease. It has to be the alignment cause it all started with the new ball joints. its so strange - the sheer loss of control when simply going forward. Like so many others- i have owned many poopboxes and some offroaders- and sure they needed...- hadtomer

Hello Time to re build my JBA UCA's - I replaced the ball joints with new JBA units and also the rubber bushings. and from that moment the handling went to sh.. If i go 30 miles per hour into a bend- traction control blinks. when i point the steering wheel forward- the handling feels really...- hadtomer

Its raining INSIDE my jeep
Hey Roof all fixed. gutters cleaned. did a little experiment- duct taped the sunroof and waited. after a rainy night - same problem!!! Sure- there was less water in the driver footwell. and the rood lining is now dry - but still - quite wet Ideas?- hadtomer
